4. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by Vegowi are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of request and are subject to change if project specifications are modified.

Final pricing will be confirmed in a written contract before work commences. Prices may be subject to adjustment due to unforeseen circumstances, changes in material costs, or modifications requested by the client. Any such changes will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before implementation.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Typically, our payment structure includes:

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Vegowi provides warranties on construction work as specified in individual project contracts. Warranty terms typically cover defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period following project completion.

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our website content is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project contract under the conditions specified in the individual agreement. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination, plus any costs incurred for materials ordered or committed.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches these Terms or engages in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful to our business or reputation.
